The booking widget is a fully-hosted reservation page that La Krème generates for your restaurant. Guests visit it to pick a date, choose a time, and confirm their booking — all in under a minute. You do not need to build anything; the page is live as soon as you complete onboarding.

How guests make a reservation

The widget walks guests through five steps:

Choose the number of guests

Guests select a party size from a dropdown. The calendar then shows only dates that have capacity for that party.

Pick an available date

The calendar highlights dates with open slots in real time, based on your opening hours and table availability.

Select a time slot

Available time slots for the chosen date and party size are displayed. Slots that are full appear greyed out.

Fill in contact details

Guests enter their first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

Receive a confirmation email

La Krème sends a confirmation email to the guest automatically. The reservation appears in your dashboard immediately.

Two ways to share your widget

You do not need to embed anything to start taking reservations. La Krème gives you two options depending on how you want guests to reach the widget. Direct link — the simplest option. Your booking page lives at a permanent URL (https://app.lakreme.fr/reserve/YOUR_TOKEN). Put this link anywhere: your Instagram bio, Google Maps listing, email signature, or a button on your website. Guests click it and land directly on your booking page. Embedded widget — if you want the reservation form to appear inline on your own website, you can embed it as an iframe or a web component. Real-time availability

The widget reads your opening hours and table configuration on every page load. There is no manual sync step — when you add tables, update your hours, or close a service, the change is reflected immediately for the next visitor.

Activating your widget

Your widget is activated automatically when you complete the onboarding flow. Once active, your booking page is accessible to anyone with your link. You can preview exactly what guests see at any time from Dashboard → Ma page de reservation → Tester comme client.
