Restaurant verification is how La Krème confirms that the person editing a listing is the actual owner or operator of that establishment. Without verification, anyone could modify a restaurant’s public profile on lakreme.fr. Completing verification gives you exclusive control over your listing.
Your public profile on lakreme.fr is locked for editing until your verification is approved. The editor will be blurred and all save actions will be disabled.

Accepted documents

You can verify your restaurant using one of the following:
  • Kbis extract — The official French company registration document. Any recent Kbis is accepted.
  • Photo from inside the restaurant — A photo clearly showing the interior of your establishment (e.g. the dining room, kitchen, or signage).
Accepted file formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF.

How to submit your document

Open Ma page

In your dashboard, click Ma page in the left sidebar. If your restaurant is not yet verified, a modal will appear automatically prompting you to claim your page.

Click Envoyer le document

In the verification modal, click the Envoyer le document button. Your device’s file picker will open.

Select your file

Choose your Kbis extract or interior photo. The file must be a JPG, PNG, or PDF. The upload begins immediately after you select the file.

Wait for review

Once uploaded, your verification status changes to Pending. The La Krème team will review your document within 24 to 48 business hours.

Access granted

When your document is approved, your verification status becomes Verified and the full profile editor is unlocked.

Verification statuses

You can close the verification modal by clicking the X in the top-right corner. The profile editor will remain visible but blurred. Click anywhere on the blurred area to reopen the modal.

After verification

Once verified, the profile editor unlocks and you can edit all four tabs — Identité, Contenu, Médias, and Tags. See Edit your public restaurant profile for a full guide to each tab.
